3/4 x 9/16 inch sterling silver polished finish oval Miraculous Medal on 18 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The Miraculous Medal features a decorative border and a blue enameled depiction of Mary, The Blessed Virgin. On the back of the medal there is an engraved "M" with a cross on the top and the "sacred hearts" underneath surrounded by twelve stars. The Miraculous Medal was originated by Saint Catherine Laboure when she received apparitions of the Blessed Virgin.
