13/16 x 1/2 inch oval polished and satin finish 14kt gold plated over sterling silver miraculous medal on an 18 inch stainless steel gold plated chain. The pendant features a decorative filigree border with a satin finish oval in the center depicting the figure of Mary. On the back of the medal in a brushed finish is the letter M, representing Mary, surmounted by a cross representing the sacrifice of Jesus, and surrounded by twelve stars that represent the twelve apostles.
